If you do not agree, please do not use the app.🎮 Use of the AppQuizRank is a quiz-based game designed for entertainment and competition.By using the app, you agree to:Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposesPlay fairly and not attempt to exploit scoring, rankings, or rewardsFollow all applicable laws and regulationsWe reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if we believe you are misusing the app.👤 Accounts & Player InformationTo use certain features, you may be required to create a profile or display name.You are responsible for:Keeping your account information accurateAny activity that occurs under your accountQuizRank is not responsible for lost progress caused by device changes, uninstalls, or unauthorised access.⭐ Points, Rankings & GameplayPoints are earned through gameplay by answering quiz questionsRankings and leaderboards are calculated based on pointsScores, ranks, and percentiles may update in real time or periodicallyWe reserve the right to:Adjust scoring systemsReset leaderboardsCorrect errors in rankings or pointsAll gameplay decisions made by the system are final.⚡ Power PlaysPower Plays provide in-game advantages such as point boosts or time extensions.By using Power Plays, you agree that:Power Plays do not guarantee winning or higher rankingsPower Plays may change in functionality or availabilityUnused Power Plays may expire or resetPower Plays have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated🎁 Prizes & CompetitionsFrom time to time, QuizRank may run competitions and prize programs (for example monthly or yearly prizes). Participation is subject to eligibility requirements and any additional rules shown in the app.Monthly PrizesPrizes may be awarded to top players based on monthly pointsMonthly rankings may reset at the start of each new monthYearly PrizesComing Soon in the next updatePrize Notifications & EligibilityPrize details and winner notifications will be displayed in the Prizes tab (or other in-app notices)Winners may be required to verify identity, age, and eligibility before receiving prizesPrizes are non-transferable and subject to availabilityPrizes are not exchangeable for cash unless explicitly statedWe reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any prize program at any time, including where we suspect unfair play, fraud, or errors in scoring.💳 Payments & PurchasesSome features or items may be available for purchase.All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment providerQuizRank does not store your payment detailsPurchases are subject to the payment provider’s terms and policiesAll purchases are final unless required otherwise by law⭐ QuizRank Pro Subscription (Coming Soon)QuizRank may offer an optional paid subscription called QuizRank Pro (“Pro”). Pro is currently coming soon and may not be available in all regions or on all devices.If you subscribe to Pro, you may receive access to premium features including (but not limited to):Reviewing full quiz answer historyTracking incorrect answersAdditional in-app features and enhancementsOther Pro-only features released over timeBilling & RenewalPro subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless stated otherwiseSubscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal dateCancel AnytimeYou can cancel Pro at any time via your account settings or through the platform you subscribed on (for example Apple App Store, Google Play).
Cancellation stops future billing, but you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.No Refunds (unless required by law)Subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.Changes to Pricing or FeaturesWe may update Pro pricing or included features at any time. If pricing changes, we will provide notice before changes take effect where required.Loss of AccessIf your subscription ends or payment fails, you may lose access to Pro features until your subscription is renewed.Pro may include additional Power Play access or benefits.🚫 Prohibited BehaviourYou may not:Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scoresUse bots, automation, or third-party toolsAttempt to interfere with app systems or serversHarass or abuse other playersViolations may result in:Score resetsDisqualification from prizesTemporary or permanent account suspension🔧 App Availability & ChangesWe may:Update or modify featuresTemporarily suspend access for maintenanceDiscontinue parts or all of the app at any timeWe are not liable for downtime, data loss, or changes to gameplay features.🔗 Third-Party ServicesThe app may integrate with third-party services (including payment providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. QuizRank is not responsible for third-party service outages or errors.⚠️ Disclaimer & Limitation of LiabilityQuizRank is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.To the maximum extent permitted by law:We are not responsible for losses resulting from gameplay, rankings, or prizesWe are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesYour use of the app is at your own riskNothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.⚖️ Governing Law (Australia – NSW)These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
